A panel replacement includes removal of seat or panel to be repaired, disassembling the seat to remove the seat cover, unstitching the seat cover where damaged and removing that panel. That panel is replaced with brand new material. Then the seat cover is re-stitched and the seat is reassembled and put back into the vehicle . Usually takes about 2 to 4 days.
